Let’s uncomplicate pet care
Let’s go back a few years ago to 2013. I’d been training and grooming for a few years and was noticing a discrepancy among my fellow trainers and groomers – there was no continuity between then handling in both industries. The human-canine communication was extremely disconnected and unclear. The dogs were confused. The parents were frustrated. Does any of this sound familiar?
“Why is my dog struggling with the grooming process?”
“Why can’t my dog truly ‘leave it’ in any context? He keeps biting the brush! He’s eating rocks! We’ve been in obedience class for 3 weeks!”
“We’ve gone through Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced obedience skill classes at two different locations and she still can’t handle strangers approaching. She’s untrainable!”
“He tries to bite the vet every time we go.”
“I can’t clip his nails, no one has been able to without sedation.”
Caring for you dog shouldn’t be complicated, and it shouldn’t require 10 different professionals to achieve reliable, real-world results. Clear handling communication, being calm and comfortable in public or at home, and respecting each other is how we succeed as a team. At Anything’s Pawsible we care about your dog’s health & wellbeing and yours.
This program is the culmination of 15 years of grooming and training experience and research. It’s rooted in the idea that clear communication with dog owners and dogs can resolve a lot of conflict in the human-canine bond. We make sure the dog knows their responsibilities. We make sure the human knows their responsibilities.
Simple approach, right?
This program is developed based on science-backed and results-driven reinforcement methods.
What this means: we use lots of treats, so if you don’t want to have a good time with your dog while learning to communicate, this might not be the right place for you. What this doesn’t mean: your dog has no boundaries or rules to follow. I said clear communication like sixteen times in this description, remember?
Owner/Operator
My name is Sarah and I’ve been working with dogs for 15 years. I currently have two dogs, a 12 year old Siberian Husky named Storm and an 8 year old Airedale Terrier named Cedar (that means I know independence and personality!). I’m a certified Therapy Dog Trainer and Evaluator and an AKC certified evaluator. When my dogs aren’t running me ragged (haha!) you can find me with my nose in a book or playing board games with my partner.
